High-quality sintered silver/silver chloride disc electrode (10 mm) with a cable length of 132 cm (52 inches). Specially developed for DC measurements and low-frequency EEG applications.

Silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) is considered the reference standard for stable and low-noise electrodes. Due to their reversibility, these sensors can conduct electrical current without altering the chemical environment in the immediate vicinity of the electrode. This makes these sensors significantly less susceptible to artifacts compared to pure metal electrodes.

Technical note for practical use: Accurate execution of ISF (Infra-Slow Fluctuation) and ILF (Infra-Low Frequency) training is only precisely possible with sintered Ag/AgCl electrodes. If you are working according to the Othmer method or in the field of infra-slow neurofeedback, these sensors are the technological choice for valid measurement results.

Important Compatibility Note:

These electrodes are specifically designed for the Free-Cap Peak Performance models up to and including 2019. Please note that they are not compatible with versions from model year 2020 onwards.

I wanted to briefly describe my experiences after about 3.5 years of neurofeedback with the Thomas Feiner Institute for EEG – Neurofeedback.

The beginning is quickly told. I was very surprised by the competent, professional training I received at the institute. Based on these experiences, I then purchased my first software and hardware from the company Neurofeedback-Partner.

Mr. Feiner's team was there to support me during my first steps in neurofeedback (and the next steps as well), with professional competence and a friendly attitude. I've been working with NFB for over three years now—sometimes more, sometimes less, but for the last two years almost daily. I've familiarized myself with the various manufacturers and suppliers.

I then opted for the Brainmaster 4x4. I haven't regretted this decision once. I've repeatedly looked at other devices and methods, which was always exciting and educational, but I wouldn't change anything. Four weeks ago, I decided to order the Discovery and the Avatar. I believe in the effectiveness and possibilities of NFB, also because I've achieved good results in my practice for dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD. Treating adults as an accompaniment to and supplement to psychotherapeutic intervention, whether in the area of burnout, depression, stress management, sleep disorders, or migraines, is fantastic. The possibility of incorporating a QEEG and thus achieving even more precise results seems to me to justify the investment, because I get fair value for money with the Brainmaster devices—a truly unique opportunity to help people alleviate their suffering as often as possible. I've attended several training courses and seminars.
