Early on, I recognized the great need for responsible, professional assessment and neurofeedback technologies – and the severe lack of practical solutions for therapists and users. Driven by this, I founded Neurofeedback Partner and the Institute for EEG Neurofeedback in 2008.
Our work originates in clinical practice: For several years, I ran my own EEG neurofeedback practice – one of the first in Bavaria and Germany to consistently integrate neurofeedback into therapeutic work. This intensive experience quickly made it clear how urgently professionals need high-quality, reliable, and practical tools to provide the best possible support for their patients.
The Neurofeedback Partners were founded in 2008 with the aim of making neurofeedback more accessible to professional users and supporting our community with modern technology in the long term.
In this spirit, a long-standing partnership with BrainMaster Products also developed. We are united by the shared vision of establishing the highest quality standards and continuously developing professional neurofeedback systems. These values continue to form the basis of our collaboration.
However, daily work in practice also made it clear that many existing solutions – especially in the software sector – did not meet our professional and clinical requirements. This led to the development of CAPITO, our first in-house innovation: an assessment software developed from the real needs of our users.
In parallel, we tested and developed various hardware systems. To this day, material quality, technological excellence, user-friendliness, durability, and suitability for everyday use remain our top priorities – because neurofeedback can only be effective if systems function reliably in everyday practice.
Our aim has always been to stay up-to-date scientifically and technologically, to work closely with practical applications, and to offer reliable support in close collaboration with our community.
Based on our more than 18 years of expertise, a holistic approach has emerged: We support clinical professionals and researchers with optimally coordinated systems – and continuously develop new solutions to make neurofeedback more professional, effective and accessible.
