2. Shipping costs and other fees (handling)

a) Germany
For shipping within Germany, the buyer pays a flat rate shipping fee of €6.90 net plus VAT = €8.21 gross.

b) European Union EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway
Shipping costs for deliveries to all other European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein are a flat rate of €25.00 net plus VAT applicable in the country of delivery. In addition, handling fees for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Norway are a flat rate of €59.00.

c) Worldwide
For orders from the UK, USA, and Canada, shipping costs are €89.00, and handling fees are €59.00. For orders from all other European countries (outside the EU and the countries listed under b)) and worldwide, shipping costs are €99.00, and handling fees are €59.00.

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order. These will not be paid or invoiced through us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

Our flat shipping fee for customers from non-EU countries also includes the submission of the official export declaration to German customs, which allows for exemption from paying German VAT (19%).

3. Delivery times

We offer a very large range of products. Unless otherwise specified in the item description, purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery within Germany generally takes 3 business days, while deliveries to EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein take 2-4 business days longer (see table below).

For some less common products and software products that require licensing through our partners in the US, we typically have a delivery time of 8-12 business days (2 weeks) after receipt of payment. All delivery times stated are based on experience and are non-binding.

Delivery (download) software, digital products, MP3s etc.:
Software will not be shipped. Instead, after payment has been received, you will receive a download link and a license code authorizing you to use the software. The download option for digital products, such as MP3s, which can be downloaded to your hard drive in your customer account after payment has been received, remains active for 72 hours. After that, downloading is no longer possible.
