We professionally repair your EEG caps – including the replacement of defective electrodes. This ensures reliable signal quality and sustainably extends the lifespan of your equipment.

Requirements for this service:

* Available exclusively within the EU.

* Only for customers who purchased their caps through a Neurofeedback partner.

* The EEG cap was purchased less than 2 years ago.

* A maximum of 2 electrodes need to be repaired.

Note on costs:Please note that in addition to the basic repair price, the costs for necessary replacement materials and shipping fees will be charged.

How it works in three steps:

1. Add necessary materials:

If additional material is required for the repair (e.g. electrodes, elastic cord etc.), please add it directly to your shopping cart.

Note: These materials and shipping costs will be charged in addition to the basic service price.

No problem: If the materials are not added in this step, a straightforward recalculation will be made once your EEG cap has arrived and been inspected by us.

2. Enter serial number & purchase service

Enter the serial number of your cap and add the service to your shopping cart. Complete the purchase process as usual.

3. Fill out form & send cap

After your order, you will receive an email with a form for error description and the shipping address.

* Please fill out the form completely and send us the EEG cap(s).

* Important: Once the cap and error description have arrived, we will immediately begin with the repair.
