Product information

The MIP-810 is a near-infrared (NIR) applicator delivering light at a wavelength of 810 nm to the prefrontal area.

Two operating modes are available:

  • 10 Hz (alpha mode) — light pulsed at 10 Hz
  • 40 Hz (gamma mode) — light pulsed at 40 Hz

Note: the MIP-810 delivers roughly 50% of the power density of the Vielight Neuro 810 nm applicator.

Please note: although the applicators look similar from the outside, they work differently depending on the model. This applicator is intended for use with the MIP only and must not be combined with other models.

The Vielight is not a medical device within the meaning of the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent disease. It is a photostimulation system for use in professional coaching and personal use. It can also be used for non-medical studies with near-infrared light.
