The Discovery Partner Membership keeps your device secure, your support prioritized, and your practice backed by a clear repair framework – whether you are based in the EU or worldwide.

  • Extended Hardware Warranty
    Full coverage of parts and labor costs in case of hardware malfunction of your registered Discovery. Authorized repairs at the BrainMaster factory in Ohio – jointly recognized by Neurofeedback Partner GmbH and BrainMaster Technologies Inc.
  • Priority Support
    Direct expert access for setup, troubleshooting, and software questions – with BrainMaster escalation if needed. Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM CET via email, phone, and portal. IFEN Assistant Chatbot available 24/7.
  • Online Maintenance via TeamViewer
    Fast remote diagnostics without shipping the device. Most problems are resolved before your next session begins.
  • Protection against Total Loss
    If your device is no longer repairable, BrainMaster Technologies Inc. will replace it at its sole discretion. Your investment is protected.

    Submit tickets, track repair status, use the knowledge base – anytime at neurofeedback-support.de.
🔧 For a repair – how it works for you
For customers in the EU
Loaner device during repair – We will send you a loaner device directly so that your practice can continue uninterrupted throughout the repair period.
Repair logistics & customs clearance by us – We handle formalities, coordination, and tracking for your repair shipment between the EU and BrainMaster in the USA. Shipping fee: €150 Standard / €250 Express per direction; return shipping USA → EU: free.
For customers outside the EU
Support with customs information & documentation – We provide you with the information and documents you need for your own customs papers when shipping to BrainMaster. You handle the shipping yourself.
Or: Arrange repair via us in the EU – You can also send your device to us in the EU first; we will then coordinate the onward shipping to BrainMaster under the standard conditions of repair logistics.

Damage not covered by warranty, e.g., water damage, impact damage, or improper storage. Any warranty claims also expire if the device's casing has been opened or the warranty seal has been damaged or removed. Shipping costs are not included in the membership and will be calculated at the end of the claims process. Valid for one registered device. Additional devices require a separate membership.
