Service fee - Complete setup of a computer for neuro- and biofeedback
via telephone, Team Viewer, etc.
We recommend our flat-rate service fee if you need to completely reconfigure a computer that was not purchased from a Neurofeedback Partner.
This service includes:
- Complete installation of the software (e.g. Brainmaster 3.0, Brain-Avatar 4.0 - for Atlantis and Discovery)
- Obtaining the passkeys and installation keys for Z-values and activation or deactivation
- Letters and emails with the relevant authorities to receive the activation code
- Teamviewer session with one of our technicians
Procedure:First, send us a support request by email, describing the problem as precisely as possible. We'll then contact you and schedule a meeting.
Our recommendation:The service is free of charge if you purchase a computer directly from our neurofeedback partner shop.
